Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted for items that are still in original packaging and in pristine condition. Before returning any items, you must contact me at info@fallfornovember.com within 14 days of receiving your order, for approval and return address. Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that have been partially used, caked or wound into a ball are not eligible for return/exchange. A refund or exchange won’t be accepted if returned items appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the items are not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Depending on the value of your returned items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost/Stolen packages

Fall for November is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. For this reason, Fall for November can't be held responsible for loss or damage of items due to improper handling during the shipping process. If your package is missing and/or has been marked as delivered, please contact your local post office and follow their protocol.

International customers

Customers ordering from outside Canada are responsible for the payment of any international customs fees and/charges that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
